A new release of american avant-electronica by Don Hill - Millipede - has been issued on Velvet Empire. Front cover photo by Tim Nichols, back cover photo is mine (right picture). Taken at Kościuszki 16 / Tauentzienstraße 16.

Here is what Don Hill says in his own words:

I have a new release on Flaming Fish Music's sublabel, Velvet Empire. The project is called Millipede, and the release titled "φ" or "Phi", which is the common symbol for the Golden Ratio. I won't bore you with the explanation, just point you to where you can download it.

It is a mix of ambient music and aggressive, glitchy beats. Four tracks, with a "hidden" fifth remix by Josh Pyle/Aphorism.
